Shipping policy
Once payment has been made and your order has been processed we will begin prepping your order for delivery. We have two methods of delivery:
- Express: FedEx: Typically 3-5 days
- Standard: K-Packet: Typically within 5-10 days

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Customs and Duty Tax
Due to our skincare products being sent directly from South Korea you may need to pay importing fees depending on your order and country. Jelly Mirror Ltd does not cover these fees.

Unfortunately we don't have the ability to ship to every location. We currently support shipping to the following locations:
Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, France, Germany.
